Advanced Science and Technology Institute is looking for Linux systems administrator with the following qualification:
- Graduate of Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any IT-related course
- At least two (2) years experience as System Administrator
- Proficient w/ Linux (Linux system administration, information security design, and administration, and network administration)
- Proficient with Apache and MySQL
- Experience with Joomla! CMS
- Knowledgeable with Heartbeat, DRBD and/or other fail-over and high-availability schemes preferred but not required.
- Knowledgeable with Snort, Tripwire, BASE and other security tools preferred but not required.
- Adept on GNU/Linux operating systems. Preferably CentOS and Debian
- Knowledgeable in open source software
- Technically updated with the current IT trend
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Hardworking, a team player
- Can work with minimal supervision
