A leading high-end business chain offering beauty service & products requires an IT Supervisor with the following profile:
Responsibilities:
- Provides technical know-how and assist company employees in utilizing computer applications or software
- Ensures that network infrastructure are designed, documented and implemented in accordance with industry standards
- Able to handle multiple assignments under high pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines
- Enthusiastic and committed to excellence in his/her work
Requirements:
- Preferably female, 24-30 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Engineering from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a desktop/user support environment, with at least one year in a team lead or supervisory role
- Experience in diagnosis of operating systems, applications, drivers and network infrastructure (WAN/LAN/VPN)
- Experience in handling a team of desktop support technicians/specialists
- Experience in set-up/managing Linux servers an advantage
- Program experience an advantage
- Trustworthy, highly-organized and dedicated, with a positive attitude
- Operating System: MS DOS, Windows 95/98/2000/NT/XP/Vista, Linux
Languages: Knowledge in Perl, C, C++, Shell Scripting a definite advantage
