Creativity in Recruitment

Posted on the June 22nd, 2009 under Career Opportunities,Sharing by angelopanares

I came across a very creative recruitment email. I was able to relate to it for the most part and it made me feel the company was not looking to fill a head count requirement, but rather was enticing me to be part of a community, a team.

This is the new kind of recruitment.

I am currently at the SEO training by Janette Toral. As expected, Ms. Janette delivers the subject so well with little doubt of her technical capability.

In the first few minutes of her talk, I immediately got an information overload, my fingers try to keep with all the info I am absorbing. SEO really is a big topic and I have only started with the tip of the ice.
