Our organization has recently started to see the value of social networks in all aspects, we have already recognized the importance of having internet presence and I now am already evangelizing the importance of social networks.
It is no a secret that how your personal life will adversely or proportionally have the same effect to your office productivity. It is impossible to leave it out of the office. I therefore believe that organizations start making in-roads to their employees and build stronger relationships.

My apologies for the lull in post, I went to Singapore last week together with my family for a quick vacation.
