Foundations for a solid organization
Every organization, team or group of people are together for a common reason, a common or single purpose, objective or direction. Here are a couple of items which I think are essential foundations for such group of people.
1.) Communication – It is very important to have proper, transparent, constant and open communication in all aspects.
2.) Trust – With trust everyone in the group will be able to perform their objectives properly.
Both communicaiton and trust can only be built through time and experiences the group undergoes through, this also needs constant re-enforcement and solidification.
